WASHINGTON — The U. S. Food and Drug Administration is warning patients to keep their prescription drugs — like Viagra — at home. In the wake of a recent report about a recent surge in online sales of prescription drugs for patients who are uninsured, the agency’s health care agency, in a letter to patients, said its action is based on several assumptions.
